These Canelés are filled with passion fruit honey puree, in delicate vanilla custard interior, wrapped in a caramelized crust. The filling is just sweet enough to highlight the aromatic profile of the fruit and honey.
INGREDIENTS
Whole Milk, Wheat Flour, Eggs, White sugar, Passion Fruit Honey Puree (Passion fruit, honey, water, xanthan gum, ascorbic acid), Vanilla Extract.
Our Canelés are all handmade with simple quality ingredients, using modern techniques. What sets our Canelés apart is our omission of the traditional use of beeswax that leaves a waxy mouth feel and does not contain alcohol. This aromatic French dessert makes great gifts to yourself and loved ones.

PRODUCTION
Our Canelés are all made fresh, so it requires a 3 day lead time. We produce our baked goods at our facility in Lethbridge Alberta, that only service Bakari Bakehouse products.

Currently only servicing Canada. Shipping time line between 2-7 days from Lethbridge Alberta.
