Whole Milk, Cream, Wheat Flour, Eggs, White sugar, Butter, Cocoa Powder, Dark Chocolate, Brown Sugar, Coffee, Vanilla Extract, Cayenne Pepper.

Our Canelés are all handmade with simple quality ingredients, using modern techniques. What sets our Canelés apart is our omission of the traditional use of beeswax that leaves a waxy mouth feel and does not contain alcohol. This aromatic French dessert makes great gifts to yourself and loved ones.

PRODUCTION
Our Canelés are all made fresh, so it requires a 3 day lead time. We produce our baked goods at our facility in Lethbridge Alberta, that only service Bakari Bakehouse products.
